These terms govern your access to and use of Rendraft ("the Service"). By using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. Amendments may be communicated via email or in-app notifications, and continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain features may integrate with third-party applications that have their own terms and conditions. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Third Party terms, the Third Party's terms prevail in relation to their application only.

Rendraft offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. You must keep your login credentials confidential and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

Paid Subscriptions: Subscription fees are clearly communicated at checkout. Payment is processed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.

Renewal Terms:

• Monthly: Renews for successive 1-month periods
• Annual: Renews for successive 12-month periods

Renewal reminders are sent 3–5 days prior to renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for unused time (except where required by applicable law).

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, suspend, or restrict availability of all or part of the Service at any time. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements.

Any content you submit through the Service must be truthful, accurate, lawful, and must not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant Rendraft a limited license to store, process, and use it solely for delivering the Service. Your content may be treated as non-confidential for the purpose of processing by our AI models.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content. We have no control over such content and accept no responsibility for it. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Rendraft and all associated intellectual property rights belong to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without express written permission. The AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal or commercial use as permitted by your subscription tier.

You must use the Service lawfully. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Send unsolicited marketing communications via the Service
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account, issue warnings, or take legal action to recover costs and damages. We may also report breaches to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rendraft regarding your use of the Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
